HDMI-kabel ShiverPeaks BS30-01095 20 m

The ShiverPeaks BS30-01095 HDMI Cable 20m is a long-reach HDMI Type A cable designed to connect source devices and displays over extended distances. It provides a data transfer rate of 17.819 Gbit/s, supports 3D video playback and Audio Return Channel (ARC), and uses gold-plated contacts to maintain signal integrity. The cable's black outer jacket and standard HDMI Type A connectors at both ends make it compatible with most TVs, monitors, projectors and AV receivers that accept full-size HDMI plugs.

Advantages

This 20 m HDMI cable combines high-speed data transfer with gold-plated contacts to reduce corrosion and improve conductor contact reliability. Support for 3D video and ARC enables integration with home theater setups and modern audio systems. The use of standard HDMI Type A connectors on both ends ensures broad device compatibility without adapters. The cable's length allows flexible placement of display and source equipment while minimizing the need for additional extenders or repeaters when used within its operational range.

Suitable for

• Connecting a Blu-ray player, game console, set-top box or media player to a distant TV or projector
• Routing audio and video signals between AV receivers and wall-mounted displays
• Home theater installations requiring a single long HDMI run
• Temporary or permanent AV setups in conference rooms, classrooms, or event spaces

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A connector to the HDMI output of your source device and the other connector to the HDMI input of your display or AV receiver. Ensure both devices are powered off when plugging in if recommended by the device manufacturers, then power them on and select the appropriate HDMI input on the display. If audio return via ARC is required, enable ARC in the TV and receiver settings following their manuals. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and secure it where necessary to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance over long runs, avoid routing the cable near strong electromagnetic sources and keep bends gradual. If you observe signal degradation at the full 20 m length in your specific environment, consider using an active HDMI cable, HDMI extender, or an HDMI signal booster compatible with your devices.
