HDMI-kabel ShiverPeaks BS30-05485 30m type A stekker naar stekker zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS30-05485 HDMI Cable is a 30 m HDMI Type A male-to-male cable designed for transmitting high-definition audio and video signals across long distances. It features gold-plated contacts to improve contact reliability and corrosion resistance, and a data transfer capability of 17.819 Gbit/s to support high-bandwidth HDMI signals. The cable is finished in black and constructed for a balance of flexibility and durability suitable for fixed installations and temporary setups.

Advantages

This HDMI cable offers long-reach connectivity without intermediate signal converters, gold-plated contacts for improved electrical contact and reduced oxidation, and a construction that prioritises flexibility to ease routing while maintaining mechanical strength for repeated handling. The cable’s specified data transfer rate supports high-resolution video and multi-channel audio formats within the HDMI bandwidth limits implied by the rate.

Suitable for

• Connecting TVs, projectors or monitors to AV receivers or media players over long distances
• Fixed AV installations in conference rooms, classrooms or public venues
• Temporary event setups where a 30 m HDMI run is required
• Home theatre systems requiring a single-cable HDMI connection between devices

Key specifications

• Cable type: HDMI Type A male to HDMI Type A male
• Cable length: 30 m
• Data transfer rate: 17.819 Gbit/s
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Black
• Design focus: Flexibility and durability for long runs

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A male end to the HDMI output of the source device (such as a Blu-ray player, media streamer or PC) and the other HDMI Type A male end to the HDMI input of the display device (such as a TV, projector or monitor). Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinching; maintain gentle curves with radius appropriate for the cable thickness. If wall or ceiling routing is used, secure the cable with clips or ties at reasonable intervals and avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines to reduce potential interference.

Recommendations

For reliable signal quality over a 30 m run, ensure HDMI connectors on both devices are clean and fully inserted. If you require distances beyond 30 m or need to guarantee specific resolutions and refresh rates, verify compatibility with your source and display or consider active HDMI extenders or fibre solutions. Store the cable coiled loosely and avoid tight knots to preserve the internal conductors.
