HDMI-kabel ShiverPeaks BS30-55055 5 m 48 Gbit/s zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS30-55055 HDMI Cable is a 5 m black HDMI Type A to Type A cable designed for high-bandwidth audio and video transmission. With support for up to 48 Gbit/s data transfer, this cable is suited for modern 4K/8K video sources and high-refresh-rate displays where a stable, high-speed connection is required. Gold-plated male HDMI Type A connectors reduce contact resistance and help maintain consistent signal quality across the full length.

Advantages

This HDMI cable supports a high data rate of 48 Gbit/s, enabling transmission of high-resolution video and multichannel audio with minimal signal loss. The 5 m length provides flexibility for connecting devices across a living room or studio without the need for extensions. Gold-plated HDMI Type A connectors ensure reliable contact and corrosion resistance, while the cable’s black outer jacket offers a discreet appearance that fits most home and professional setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting TVs to set-top boxes, Blu-ray players, or media streamers
• Linking gaming consoles to modern TVs or gaming monitors
• Connecting projectors for presentations or home cinema installations
• Running between AV receivers and displays for home audio/video systems

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 m
• Connectors: HDMI Type A (male) — both ends
• Maximum data transfer rate: 48 Gbit/s
• Connector plating: gold-plated contacts
• Colour: black

How to use

Disconnect power from both devices before connecting. Insert one gold-plated HDMI Type A connector firmly into the HDMI output of the source device and plug the other end into the HDMI input of the display or projector. Ensure connectors are fully seated and avoid forcing them at an angle. After connection, power on the devices and select the appropriate HDMI input on the display. For best results, check the source and display settings for resolution and refresh rate to match the capabilities supported by the cable.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, avoid tightly coiling the cable or placing heavy objects on it. Keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic interference sources such as large power supplies or unshielded electrical equipment. If running the cable near networking or power cabling, maintain separation to reduce potential interference. Verify device settings for output resolution and frame rate to make full use of the 48 Gbit/s capacity.
