HDMI-kabel Vention AACBN 15 m, HDMI type A naar type A, HDMI 2.0, 18 Gbit/s, ARC, vergulde contacten, zwart

The Vention AACBN is a 15 m HDMI cable with HDMI Type A male connectors on both ends, compliant with HDMI 2.0 and supporting up to 18 Gbit/s bandwidth. It carries 4K video at 60 Hz, supports 3D signals and HDR, and includes Audio Return Channel (ARC) and an HDMI Ethernet channel. Gold-plated contacts and a black outer jacket make it suitable for long-distance connections between TVs, monitors, AV receivers and gaming consoles where a high-bandwidth HDMI link is required.

Advantages

This HDMI 2.0 cable provides 4K@60Hz video and an 18 Gbit/s data rate to maintain high-resolution, high-frame-rate signals over 15 m. It supports synchronized audio and video output, HDR and 3D formats, and includes ARC for returning audio from a display to an AV receiver. Gold-plated contacts improve corrosion resistance and connection reliability, while the standardized HDMI Type A connectors ensure compatibility with common consumer devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting a TV to an AV receiver or soundbar using ARC
• Linking a gaming console to a TV or monitor at 4K@60Hz
• Connecting a 4K monitor to a PC or media player over a long run (up to 15 m)
• Home theatre setups requiring HDR and 3D support

When it may not be suitable

This cable follows the HDMI 2.0 specification with an 18 Gbit/s bandwidth; it does not provide features introduced in newer HDMI versions such as higher bandwidth for 4K@120Hz or 8K video. For applications that require higher refresh rates, higher resolutions beyond 4K, or features specific to later HDMI standards, a cable rated for those newer specifications would be necessary.

Key specifications

• Length: 15 m
• Connectors: HDMI Type A (male) — both ends
• HDMI version: 2.0
• Maximum bandwidth: 18 Gbit/s
• Video support: up to 4K at 60 Hz
• Audio/format support: 3D, HDR, Audio Return Channel (ARC)
• Additional: HDMI Ethernet Channel
• Colour: Black
• Contacts: Gold-plated

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A male end to the HDMI output of your source device (for example a Blu-ray player, gaming console, or PC) and the other end to the HDMI input of the display or AV receiver. If using ARC, plug the cable into the HDMI ARC-labeled port on both the TV and the AV receiver or soundbar and enable ARC in device settings. Ensure connectors are fully inserted to avoid loose connections; route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension along the 15 m run.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm devices support HDMI 2.0 features you need (4K@60Hz, HDR, ARC)
• Check that a 15 m cable length suits your installation without excessive slack or tension
• Ensure your devices use HDMI Type A connectors (standard HDMI)
• For requirements beyond 4K@60Hz or 18 Gbit/s, consider a higher-specification cable

Recommendations

For reliable performance, avoid tight coils and sharp bends; secure the cable with gentle clips and keep it away from strong electromagnetic sources. If using ARC, verify ARC is enabled in both devices and test audio return with a source that outputs TV audio to the receiver.
