HDMI-naar-DVI-adapter ShiverPeaks 77481-MHQ 1,5 m met vergulde contacten

ShiverPeaks HDMI to DVI adapter cable model 77481-MHQ is a 1.5 m digital video cable with gold-plated contacts designed to connect HDMI sources to DVI displays. The cable carries uncompressed digital video signals and does not transmit audio. It is suitable for linking PCs, graphics cards, monitors, projectors and other devices with HDMI output to displays that accept DVI input, providing a stable signal transfer for presentations, office work or home setups.

Advantages

The gold-plated contacts improve corrosion resistance and contact reliability, reducing signal degradation over time. At 1.5 m length the cable provides flexibility for typical desktop and small-room layouts while minimizing excess cable clutter. The straightforward HDMI-to-DVI wiring supports high-quality digital video transmission and is compatible with common HDMI and single-link DVI ports, enabling simple plug-and-play connection without additional drivers.

Suitable for

• Connecting a computer or laptop HDMI output to a DVI monitor
• Using an HDMI source with a DVI-equipped projector for presentations
• Replacing or extending existing video cabling in offices and meeting rooms
• Home setups where audio is handled separately or not required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Connector types: HDMI (male) to DVI (male)
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity
• Signal type: digital video only (no audio support)
• Compatibility: HDMI source to single-link DVI display

How to use

Connect the HDMI end to the HDMI output of your source device and the DVI end to the DVI input of your display. Power on both devices and select the appropriate input on the display if necessary. Configure display settings on the source device (resolution and refresh rate) to match the capabilities of the DVI display. Since the cable transmits video only, route audio separately if required.

Recommendations

For optimal image quality, set the source device to a resolution and refresh rate supported by the DVI display. Avoid excessive bending or kinking near the connectors; secure connections at both ends to prevent signal loss. Use the cable within its 1.5 m length to preserve signal integrity and consider separate audio cabling or external speakers when audio is needed.
