Headset-accessoire REALWEAR 171041 — zwarte memory foam oorkussens voor compatibele headsets

Replacement black memory foam earbud tips compatible with RealWear headsets, designed for use with HMT-1 and HMT-1Z1 devices. These replaceable foam tips are intended for the Ear Bud Hearing Protection Headphones and are intrinsically safe (IS approved) when used with the HMT-1Z1 in hazardous locations. Each foam tip conforms to the ear for cushioning and comes in three sizes; a pair of Medium tips is supplied with each headset.

Advantages

The memory foam construction provides adaptive cushioning to reduce pressure and improve fit during extended hands-free industrial or field operations. Tips are replaceable to maintain hygiene and acoustic seal as foam degrades with regular use. Availability in three sizes allows a better personalized fit.

Suitable for

• RealWear HMT-1 headsets
• RealWear HMT-1Z1 headsets (intrinsically safe applications)
• Industrial and field operations requiring hands-free communication
• Replacement of worn or degraded earbud foam tips

How to use

Remove the existing foam tip from the earbud by gently pulling it off the nozzle. Align the new memory foam tip with the earbud nozzle and press until it seats securely. For best fit, choose the correct size—compress the foam before insertion if required and allow it to expand to form an acoustic seal. Replace tips periodically as foam shows signs of wear or hygiene concerns.

Recommendations

Store replacement tips in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight. Inspect tips regularly for tearing or compression loss and replace as needed. Follow your organization’s safety procedures when installing accessories on intrinsically safe equipment.
