Headset Beyerdynamic MMX 150 — bedraad & draadloos, USB-C, bluetooth, gaming, 20–20000 Hz, 336 g, zwart

The Beyerdynamic MMX 150 is a gaming headset that combines wired and wireless connectivity to suit PC, console and mobile setups. Equipped with USB-C and Bluetooth 5.3 support, the headset offers flexible connection options and a broad headphone frequency response from 20 to 20,000 Hz. With a lightweight design of approximately 336 g and velour ear pads, it is intended for extended sessions while providing clear voice capture via a detachable boom microphone with sidetone functionality.

Advantages

The MMX 150 supports both USB-C wired connections and Bluetooth 5.3 wireless audio, enabling plug-and-play use on devices with USB-C ports and low-latency wireless pairing for compatible platforms. Up to 50 hours of battery life allows long gaming or listening sessions without frequent recharging. Velour ear pads and a supportive headband use high-quality materials to reduce pressure around the ears. Sound can be personalised through the beyerdynamic app to adjust equalisation and profiles, while the detachable boom microphone with a clear voice pickup and sidetone helps with in-game communication.

How to use

For wired use, connect the headset to a device with a USB-C port and select it as the audio input/output device in your system settings. For wireless use, enable Bluetooth on your source device, put the headset into pairing mode, and follow the device pairing procedure. Install the beyerdynamic app on a compatible device to manage sound profiles and update firmware. Attach the detachable boom microphone when voice communication is required and remove it for purely audio listening. Charge the headset using the supplied USB-C cable and monitor battery status through connected device indicators or the app.

Recommendations

To maintain comfort during long sessions, adjust the headband for an even fit and use the velour ear pads; clean pads and surfaces gently with a dry cloth. For optimal voice quality in multiplayer or streaming, position the boom microphone near the mouth and enable sidetone to monitor your own voice level. Use the beyerdynamic app to fine-tune EQ settings for gaming, voice clarity, or music reproduction depending on the application.
