HELOS YV 2x0.6/1.1 PVC-verbindingsdraad wit/bruin 100m ring 300/500V

For internal wiring of control cabinets and devices, the HELOS YV 2x0.6/1.1 offers a slim dual-core construction with solid bare copper conductors and a PVC insulation that resists abrasion and self-extinguishes on flame. Unlike standard single-core hook-up wire, this twin-core version keeps signal and return paths neatly paired, reducing clutter in tight spaces.

Highlights

• Two solid bare copper conductors, each 0.6 mm diameter (0.28 mm² cross-section)
• PVC insulation in white and brown for easy polarity identification
• Rated 300/500 V, test voltage 2000 V
• Self-extinguishing per IEC 60332-1-2 / VDE 0482-332-1-2
• Supplied on a 100 m ring for continuous runs

In daily use

Installers appreciate the compact 1.1 mm outer diameter per core, which routes cleanly through narrow conduits and behind panels. The solid conductors hold their shape after bending, simplifying point-to-point wiring in control cabinets, signaling systems, and appliance internals. The white and brown colour coding aligns with common low-voltage conventions, reducing wiring errors.
