HERMA 19252 ringband A4 veelkleurig D-ring opbergmap

The HERMA 19252 ring binder A4 Multicolour D-ring Storage is a document binder sized for A4 papers, featuring a D-ring mechanism and a multicolour finish. With external dimensions of 285 mm width and 315 mm height, this binder is intended for organised storage of printed pages, reports, invoices and reference materials in office, school or home environments. The D-ring design helps align sheets neatly and reduces page curling compared with round-ring systems.

Advantages

This A4 D-ring binder provides stable page alignment and easier page turning thanks to its D-shaped rings. The multicolour cover allows quick visual identification of contents and supports colour-coded filing systems. Its size is compatible with standard A4 documents and common punched paper formats, while the construction aims for everyday durability in handling and shelf storage.

How to use

Open the binder rings using the release mechanism and insert punched A4 papers onto the D-rings, ensuring holes align with the ring position. Close the rings until they click to secure documents. Use the multicolour cover to mark contents or assign categories; files can be added or removed by opening the rings and repositioning pages. Store the binder upright on shelves or flat in drawers as required.

Recommendations

For consistent performance, avoid overfilling beyond the binder's designed capacity and ensure holes in documents are cleanly punched to reduce wear on the ring mechanism. Use colour-coding to speed retrieval and label the spine or cover with a clear title for easier identification on shelves.
