Heteluchtfriteuse Cecotec FoodCourt Single 11 L zwart touchbediening

The Cecotec FoodCourt Single 11 L Black Touch control is a hot air fryer designed for preparing crispy meals with reduced oil. The unit combines an 11-litre cooking chamber with a touch-control panel and adjustable temperature starting from 40 °C. Its compact footprint (320 mm width, 404 mm depth, 440 mm height) suits small and medium kitchens while offering capacity for family portions or batch cooking. The black finish integrates with most kitchen styles and the appliance is intended for oven-style baking, grilling, roasting and reheating using hot air circulation.

Advantages

The touch control interface enables precise temperature selection and simplified operation without mechanical knobs. An 11 L capacity provides enough space for larger portions while keeping the appliance compact. Hot air circulation technology reduces the need for oil to achieve a crisp texture. The physical dimensions make it suitable for countertop placement in apartments and standard kitchen units. The unit’s temperature range from 40 °C supports gentle warming as well as higher-temperature cooking.

• Preparing low-oil and crispy foods such as fries, breaded items and vegetables
• Baking, roasting and grilling small to medium portions for families
• Reheating meals and keeping food warm at low temperatures
• Cooking in kitchens with limited countertop space

How to use

Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant countertop and ensure proper ventilation around the appliance. Use the touch control panel to select the desired temperature starting at 40 °C and choose the appropriate cooking time or mode. Arrange food in a single layer in the cooking compartment for even hot air circulation; use a small amount of oil if required for extra crispiness. After cooking, switch the unit off, allow it to cool, and remove food using suitable utensils to avoid contact with hot surfaces.

Recommendations

Preheat the fryer briefly when recipes call for it to improve browning and crisping. For even results, avoid overfilling the cooking chamber and shake or turn food halfway through the cycle when recommended. Clean removable parts after each use according to the manufacturer’s instructions to maintain performance and hygiene.
