How to use

Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface and ensure sufficient clearance around the unit. Insert the baskets and load food according to their size and the combined 7.6 L capacity, avoiding overfilling. Use the touch control panel to set the desired temperature (from 40 °C) and cooking time appropriate for the food. Monitor cooking progress visually through the appliance guidelines or by checking food at intervals; remove baskets using heat-safe handles. After use, allow the appliance to cool, then remove and clean baskets and trays following the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions.

Recommendations

For consistent lower-fat results, lightly coat food with a small amount of oil or use a spray to achieve expected crispness. When cooking different items simultaneously in the dual baskets, select temperatures and times suited to each food type and stagger start times if necessary to match finish times. Regularly check and clean oil collection areas and follow safety guidance in the user manual.
