Select a programme or set the temperature (60–200 °C) and time (up to 60 minutes) using the touch controls, then start. Use the inspection window and interior light to monitor cooking and follow the turn/shake reminder when indicated. After use, unplug the fryer, allow it to cool and remove the basket for cleaning. The non-stick coating allows easy washing by hand; follow the manufacturer’s care instructions for longevity.

Recommendations

For even crisping, avoid overcrowding the basket and shake or turn food when the reminder appears. Preheat the fryer briefly for recipes that benefit from higher initial heat. Always follow recommended temperatures and times for frozen foods and check doneness before serving.
