How to use

Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface and ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance. Insert the removable basket and add food in a single layer where possible for even air circulation. Use the touch controls to select the desired temperature and cooking time shown on the LCD display; consult recipe or package instructions as a starting point and adjust based on batch size and desired crispness. Shake or turn food halfway through the cycle for more uniform browning. After cooking, switch off the unit, allow components to cool, then remove the basket for emptying and cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid overfilling the basket — small batches promote even cooking and crispier textures. Lightly coat foods with oil when necessary to improve browning, and preheat the fryer briefly when cooking frozen products. Clean the removable basket after each use and wipe the exterior with a damp cloth; do not immerse the main unit in water.
