Heteluchtfriteuse Xiaomi BHR8238EU 5,5 L 1600 W, touch-OLED, Wi-Fi/smartphone-bediening, wit

The Xiaomi BHR8238EU 5.5 L hot air fryer is a compact countertop appliance designed for preparing lower-fat meals with rapid, even heating. With 1600 W of power and an upgraded blade-and-basket airflow system, the unit circulates hot air to crisp food without the need to flip it. The fryer includes NTC temperature control, a large transparent window for monitoring, 12 built-in programs, and compatibility with the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app and Google Assistant for voice commands.

Advantages

The upgraded blade and basket design creates a circular air vent system that directs hot air to the basket bottom, producing more even heating and crisping. NTC precise heat control monitors temperature throughout cooking to prevent charring or undercooking. The large 6.8-inch window improves visibility so you can monitor food without opening the basket. High 1600 W power and a maximum temperature of 220°C shorten cooking time while locking in juices. The degrease mode and optimized airflow reduce fat and grease content. A 5.5 L basket with an included grill allows two-level cooking to increase capacity.

Suitable for

• Crisping and roasting whole chicken or family portions
• Defrosting, dehydrating fruits, and making yogurt
• Low-fat cooking using the degrease mode
• Everyday quickly prepared meals using preset programs

After cooking, the unit will keep food warm for up to 30 minutes.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the fryer when recipes call for high temperatures, avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure even airflow, and consult built-in or app recipes for time and temperature guidance specific to food type. Clean the basket with non-abrasive tools to preserve the non-stick coating.
