Hijsgordel Yale HBD-02000, polyester, 2000 kg draagvermogen, 1 m lengte

Yale HBD-02000 is a polyester lifting sling with a rated capacity of 2000 kg and a length of 1 m. Designed for both manual and mechanical lifting, this compact soft sling provides stable load support and good abrasion resistance for general lifting tasks. The sling is intended for use where a high-capacity, flexible connection is required between load and lifting device, and is suitable for environments such as construction sites, warehouses and transport operations.

Advantages

The polyester construction offers a combination of strength and flexibility while resisting light abrasion and general wear. Its 2000 kg rated capacity allows handling of medium-heavy loads with a compact one-meter length that reduces snagging and improves manoeuvrability in confined spaces. The soft, non-rigid webbing reduces the risk of damaging finished surfaces compared with steel chains or wire rope, and the design supports easy attachment to hooks, shackles or other lifting accessories.

Key specifications

How to use

Position the sling around or under the load ensuring even load distribution and no twists in the webbing. Attach sling eyes to the lifting hook, shackle or appropriate lifting point and confirm that the sling orientation matches the intended lifting angle. Lift slowly to take up slack and observe the load for stability. After lifting, lower the load carefully and remove the sling. Inspect the sling before each use for cuts, fraying, heat or chemical damage, and do not use if any damage or excessive wear is present.

Recommendations

Store the sling in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and chemicals. Do not exceed the rated capacity of 2000 kg and avoid sharp edges by using protective sleeves or padding when necessary. Follow applicable local safety regulations and manufacturer guidance for inspection intervals and retirement criteria.
