Hoekbeugel AXIS TQ5301-E voor Axis vaste dome- en PTZ-camera's, duurzaam buitenmontageaccessoire

AXIS TQ5301-E Corner Mount is a purpose-built mounting accessory for installing Axis fixed dome and PTZ network cameras on external or internal building corners. The compact, all-in-one unit offers a durable plastic housing with an IK10 impact rating and IP66-rated compartment to protect connection devices such as midspans or media converters. A pre-mounted Ethernet cable simplifies data and power connection for compatible Axis PTZ and fixed dome cameras, and the bracket can be flipped to allow left- or right-side installation.

Advantages

The corner mount provides a stable and secure attachment point that preserves camera orientation and maximizes field-of-view coverage at building corners. Its robust construction resists impacts and harsh weather, while the recessed compartment shields connectivity equipment from moisture and dust. The design is visually discreet and can be repainted to match façades, enabling integration into a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This mount is designed specifically for Axis fixed dome and PTZ network cameras; it may not be mechanically compatible with cameras from other manufacturers or non-Axis form factors. It is a fixed corner mount and does not provide integrated pan/tilt movement — a PTZ camera must provide its own motion. If a slimmer, low-profile bracket without a connection compartment is required, this all-in-one mount may be larger than necessary.

How to use

Position the AXIS TQ5301-E on the chosen building corner and mark mounting points. Secure the mount to the wall using appropriate fasteners for the substrate (anchors or bolts not included). Route the network/power connection through the pre-mounted Ethernet cable into the IP66 compartment and install any midspan or media converter inside the compartment as required. Attach the compatible Axis camera to the mounting interface, adjust orientation, and verify sealing of the compartment to maintain IP66 protection.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

For reliable outdoor performance, use corrosion-resistant fasteners, seal penetration points after installation, and follow Axis camera installation guidelines to ensure proper alignment and weatherproofing. Periodically inspect the mounting bracket and compartment seals as part of routine maintenance.
