Why choose it

This visor meets stringent European safety standards for welding and industrial IR applications, providing reliable protection without compromising vision. The polycarbonate construction offers high impact resistance, while the IR 3 shade filters out harmful infrared radiation, reducing eye strain and long-term damage. Its compatibility with the Bionic system ensures a secure fit and easy replacement, minimizing downtime in demanding work environments.

Ideal use cases

• Welding operations requiring IR protection
• Furnace and foundry work with high radiant heat
• Industrial maintenance near molten metal or intense IR sources
• Any task where Bionic face shields are used and IR filtering is needed

Good to know

The visor is sold as a single replacement unit. It is not intended for use as primary welding protection; always pair with appropriate welding helmet or goggles as required. The uncoated surface may be more susceptible to scratching than coated alternatives; handle with care and store in a protective sleeve when not in use. For optimal performance, inspect regularly for cracks or deep scratches and replace if damaged.
