Hoofdlamp Ledlenser MH7 zwart blauw — oplaadbare LED-hoofdlamp, 400 lumen, ingebouwde accu

The Ledlenser MH7 Black Blue is a rechargeable LED headlamp that provides up to 400 lumens of focused light in a compact, lightweight housing. Designed for hands-free use, it integrates a built-in rechargeable battery, an adjustable focus system to switch between flood and spot beam patterns, and multiple light modes to match different tasks. The low-profile headband and durable construction make it suitable for outdoor activities and work situations where reliable, adjustable illumination is required.

Advantages

The MH7 delivers bright, adjustable illumination with a high output of up to 400 lumens while maintaining a compact form factor. Its built-in rechargeable battery removes the need for disposable cells and supports convenient on-the-go charging. The adjustable focus mechanism lets you quickly change from a wide, near-field beam to a long-range spot for precise lighting. Multiple operating modes provide flexibility for energy saving or maximum brightness as needed.

Suitable for

• Hiking and trail running in low-light conditions
• Outdoor work such as campsite tasks, repairs and maintenance
• Emergency and roadside situations requiring hands-free lighting
• Home DIY, attic or basement work where directional light is useful

When it may not be suitable

The MH7 is not intended as a professional-grade search-and-rescue tool where extreme range or specialised signalling is required. For applications demanding extended runtime at maximum output without recharging, users may prefer larger battery-based lighting systems. It also may be less suitable for users requiring integrated helmet mounts specific to certain industrial standards.

Key specifications

• Maximum light output: up to 400 lumens
• Light source: high-efficiency LED
• Beam control: adjustable focus (flood to spot)
• Power supply: built-in rechargeable battery
• Operating modes: multiple brightness and signalling modes
• Housing: compact, lightweight design with headband

How to use

Fit the headband comfortably around your head and adjust the angle of the lamp to point where illumination is needed. Use the mode button to cycle between brightness levels and special modes; adjust the focus ring or mechanism to switch between a wide flood beam for close work and a concentrated spot for distance. Recharge the integrated battery via the provided charging port or cable before long outings and follow manufacturer guidance for charging cycles to preserve battery life.

What to consider before purchase

• Required brightness and beam range for your typical activities
• Expected runtime on chosen brightness modes and charging convenience
• Comfort and fit of the headband for prolonged wear
• Durability and water resistance rating for outdoor use

Recommendations

For a mix of close work and distance viewing, keep the lamp charged and switch to medium output for extended runtime; use the focused spot when you need to identify objects at distance and the flood setting for campsite tasks or reading maps.
