Hotone SP21 Wong Press multifunctioneel wah-volume-expressiepedaal

Three essential tools in one compact unit—the Hotone SP21 Wong Press combines wah, volume, and expression control, freeing up pedalboard space without sacrificing tonal flexibility. Its mini format is built for touring, with a robust metal housing and intuitive controls that let you sculpt your sound precisely.

Highlights

• Three functions in one pedal: wah, volume, and expression
• Compact, durable metal housing built for the road
• Dedicated Q control adjusts wah range and intensity
• Minimum volume knob sets the floor for volume swells
• Buffered bypass preserves signal integrity when disengaged
• TRS expression output for controlling external gear
• Bright LED indicators for instant mode recognition
• Low current draw (20mA) works with most pedalboard power supplies

In daily use

On a crowded pedalboard, the Wong Press earns its place by replacing three separate pedals. Switch to wah mode and use the Q control to go from a subtle, vocal-like sweep to a sharp, funky filter. In volume mode, the minimum volume knob lets you set a baseline level, so heel-down is never completely silent unless you want it to be. The expression mode turns the pedal into a versatile controller for any device with a TRS expression input—perfect for manipulating parameters on delay, modulation, or pitch effects in real time. The footswitch is firm and responsive, and the LED clearly shows which mode is active, even on dark stages.
