Houten handgreep Westmark Woody beuken glad oppervlak 460 mm, 64×64 mm profiel

The Westmark Woody beech wooden handle is a solid accessory for kitchen and furniture projects, made from smooth-surfaced beech wood. With an overall length of 460 mm and a square cross-section profile of 64 × 64 mm, this single-piece handle provides stable grip and a natural wooden appearance. It is suitable for replacement or new installations on furniture, drawers and appliance fittings where a robust, straight beech handle is required.

Advantages

The handle is crafted from beech, offering consistent density and a smooth finish that is comfortable to touch and visually neutral with natural wood grain. Its 460 mm length and 64 × 64 mm profile deliver mechanical stability and even load distribution, while the single-piece construction reduces weak points and simplifies installation. The untreated or lightly finished surface allows for sanding, staining or varnishing to match surrounding furniture.

Suitable for

• Furniture doors and cabinet fronts
• Drawers and chest fittings
• Appliance fronts where a wooden handle is preferred
• Replacement of worn or damaged handles
• DIY projects and custom joinery

Key specifications

• Material: beech wood with smooth surface
• Overall length: 460 mm
• Cross-section/profile: 64 × 64 mm (square)
• Supply: single-piece handle
• Finish: smooth; suitable for further sanding, staining or varnishing

How to use

Measure and mark the mounting points on your furniture or appliance front to match the handle length and profile. Prepare mounting holes or a recessed channel if needed, then align the handle and secure it with appropriate fasteners or adhesives compatible with wood and the substrate. If surface treatment is desired, sand lightly and apply stain, oil or varnish before final installation to achieve a uniform appearance.

Recommendations

For a durable result, pre-drill pilot holes and use wood screws of appropriate length to avoid splitting. If the handle will be exposed to frequent moisture, apply a water-resistant finish and ensure edges are sealed. Store unused handles in a dry, stable environment to prevent warping.
