The Hoya UX II UV 58mm filter is a high-quality ultraviolet filter designed to protect your lens while improving image clarity. Featuring 10-layer anti-reflection coatings, it reduces UV haze and enhances color fidelity without affecting exposure. The slim aluminum frame minimizes vignetting, making it ideal for wide-angle lenses. Compatible with lenses featuring a 58mm front filter thread, this filter is perfect for both still photography and videography.

Advantages

Protects the front lens element from dust, scratches, and moisture while reducing UV haze for clearer, more vibrant images. The multi-coating ensures high light transmission (>98%) and minimizes reflections. The slim profile allows for use with lens caps and stacking of additional filters.
