Why choose it

Using a genuine HP printhead cleaner ensures that your printer operates at peak performance. Regular use reduces downtime, prevents costly printhead replacements, and keeps your output sharp and consistent. It is an essential part of any preventive maintenance routine for high-volume printing environments.

Ideal use cases

• Professional print shops producing CAD drawings, GIS maps, and posters
• In-house reprographics departments in architecture and engineering firms
• Service technicians maintaining multiple large-format printers
• Users experiencing streaking, missing colors, or poor print quality

Good to know

Installation is straightforward: simply remove the old cleaner and insert the new one following the printer's maintenance prompts. For best results, run the printer's built-in cleaning cycle after installation. Store the cleaner in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. HP recommends replacing the printhead cleaner whenever print quality degrades or as indicated by the printer's service messages.
