How to use

Connect the USB-A plug to a compatible computer or docking station. Position the head-band so the supra-aural ear cups sit comfortably over the ears and adjust the microphone boom close to the mouth for optimal voice capture. Use system audio settings to select the headset as the input and output device, and adjust volume levels as needed.

Recommendations

For best results in call centre or office environments, keep the microphone boom approximately 1–2 cm from the corner of the mouth and avoid covering the microphone with clothing. Store the headset on a hook or in a case when not in use to protect the boom and cable.
