Kussen/ringset POLY CS540 kunstleer oorkussens zwart

POLY CS540 Leatherette Ear Cushions in black are replacement cushions specifically shaped for the POLY CS540 headset. Made from soft leatherette material with foam padding, this cushion/ring set restores comfort and provides a secure seal around the ear for clearer audio and reduced ambient noise. The design focuses on durability and simple attachment to the headset to support extended daily use in office environments and contact center applications.

Advantages

These ear cushions combine soft leatherette with resilient foam to offer a balance of comfort and longevity. The black finish resists visible staining and maintains a uniform appearance. Their contouring improves fit and acoustic isolation, which can enhance voice clarity during calls. The cushions are straightforward to fit and remove, simplifying maintenance and replacement without specialized tools.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Office telephony and unified communications

• Padding: closed-cell foam for comfort and noise isolation
• Color: black
• Configuration: pair (left and right cushions)
• Compatibility: designed for POLY CS540 headset form factor

How to use

To install, align each cushion with the earcup on the POLY CS540 headset and gently stretch the cushion's inner ring over the earcup rim until it snaps into place. Ensure the cushion sits evenly around the earcup to maintain a proper seal. To remove, carefully pull the edge of the cushion away from the earcup and work it off the rim. Regular inspection and replacement when padding becomes compressed or the leatherette surface shows wear will help maintain comfort and acoustic performance.

Recommendations

Clean the leatherette surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if needed; avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Allow cushions to dry completely before use. Replace the cushions periodically if you notice reduced padding, compromised fit, or surface cracking to preserve sound isolation and hygiene.
