The POLY Blackwire BW300 Leatherette Ear Cushion 2 Pieces are replacement ear pads designed for compatible Blackwire BW300 series headsets. Made from soft leatherette material, these cushions offer a comfortable surface that reduces pressure on the ears during prolonged use and helps maintain consistent acoustic performance. Supplied as a pair, they restore the original fit and can extend the usable life of the headset while preserving audio clarity and passive noise isolation.

Advantages

These ear cushions combine a soft, leatherette outer surface with foam padding to deliver a balance of comfort and durability. The material resists wear from daily use and is easy to maintain. By replacing worn or damaged pads with these cushions, users can reduce ear fatigue during long calls or listening sessions and help keep headset sound quality stable. The pair format ensures both sides of the headset receive uniform cushioning and acoustic behavior.

Suitable for

• Replacing worn or damaged ear pads on compatible Blackwire BW300 series headsets
• Extending headset comfort for extended call centre shifts or remote work
• Improving passive noise isolation and maintaining audio consistency
• General maintenance to preserve headset hygiene and appearance

Key specifications

• Quantity: 2 ear cushions (left and right)

How to use

To install, remove the existing ear pads from the headset by gently peeling them away from the ear cup rim. Align the new leatherette cushions with the ear cups and press them into place until the retention edge or clips engage securely. Ensure both cushions are seated evenly to maintain balanced comfort and sound. For removal, reverse the procedure and store or dispose of old pads according to local waste guidelines.

Recommendations

Clean the leatherette surface periodically with a soft cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid soaking the cushions or exposing them to direct heat or prolonged sunlight to prevent material degradation. Replace both ear cushions simultaneously when signs of wear appear to preserve consistent acoustic performance.
