Oorkussenset POLY EncorePro HW510/520 kunstleer zwart

The Cushion set POLY EncorePro HW510/520 Leatherette Black replaces worn or damaged ear cushions on compatible EncorePro headsets. These black leatherette cushions are designed to fit the HW510 and HW520 models, restoring original comfort and helping to maintain hygiene. The material is smooth to the touch and can be wiped clean, making the cushions suitable for daily professional use.

Advantages

The leatherette construction offers a balance of soft cushioning and durability, reducing pressure on the ears during prolonged calls. Their tailored shape ensures a secure, consistent fit on EncorePro HW510 and HW520 ear cups, which helps maintain acoustic positioning. Easy-to-clean surfaces simplify maintenance in shared or high-use environments, while the replacement set renews headset comfort without replacing the entire device.

• Replacing worn ear cushions on POLY EncorePro HW510 and HW520 headsets
• Office and call-centre headsets used for extended voice communications
• Shared headsets that require frequent cleaning and hygiene upkeep

How to use

Remove the old cushions from the EncorePro HW510 or HW520 by gently pulling them off the ear cups according to the headset manufacturer's guidance. Align the replacement leatherette cushions with the ear cup rim and press evenly until they click or seat securely into place. Verify that the cushion is fully seated and that the ear cup seal is consistent around the ear for proper comfort and acoustic positioning.

Recommendations

Clean the leatherette surface periodically with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary; avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Inspect cushions for wear and replace them if the foam becomes compressed or the outer surface cracks to maintain comfort and hygiene. Store spare cushions in a dry, dust-free place when not in use.
