How to use

Connect the Poly Sync 40+ to a computer via USB or pair it with a mobile device using Bluetooth. Place the unit centrally on the meeting table to optimise microphone pickup. For larger rooms, wirelessly pair two units to extend coverage. Charge the device using the supplied cable and monitor battery level before long meetings.

Recommendations

For best results, position the speakerphone away from direct HVAC vents and large reflective surfaces to reduce noise and echo. Use remote device management tools to keep firmware up to date and to manage multiple units centrally.
