HP x796w USB-flashstation 32 GB USB Type-A 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1) zilver

The HP USB Flash Drive x796w provides 32 GB of portable storage in a compact slide (push-pull) form factor. With a USB Type-A connector and USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1) interface, the drive supports transfer speeds up to 75 MB/s. The low-profile silver housing and lightweight construction (13.9 g) make it convenient to carry and suitable for everyday file storage and transfers.

Advantages

The slide (push-pull) design protects the USB connector without a removable cap and keeps the drive compact. USB 3.2 Gen 1 compatibility provides faster transfers compared with USB 2.0, and the 32 GB capacity holds a variety of files such as documents, photos, music and short videos. The silver finish gives a modern, neutral appearance while the 13.9 g weight keeps the drive unobtrusive when carried on a keyring or in a pocket.

Suitable for

• Backing up and transporting documents and office files
• Storing and sharing photos and music
• Transferring presentations and project folders between computers
• Temporary storage for small video clips and renderings

Recommendations

Use the HP x796w for routine file transfers and temporary backups. For long-term archival of important data, keep an additional copy on a separate storage medium. Avoid exposing the drive to extreme temperatures, moisture and strong magnetic fields, and do not force the connector when inserting it into a port.
