HP Z2 TWR Dual Front Fan Kit computerbehuizing zwart

The HP Z2 Computer case Fan Black 136x74x37 mm is a compact cooling component intended to improve airflow inside compatible desktop enclosures. With a low-profile design in black finish and modest weight, it fits into limited internal spaces where targeted ventilation is required. The fan is designed to help dissipate heat generated by system components and support stable operating temperatures for workstations and desktop PCs.

Advantages

This case fan offers a balance of compact dimensions and practical airflow performance for confined installation areas. Its black colour and slim profile make it suitable for professional builds where space and aesthetics matter. The lightweight construction simplifies mounting and reduces strain on brackets or drive-cage attachments while delivering consistent cooling assistance to localized hotspots.

Suitable for

• Workstation and small-form-factor desktop enclosures requiring supplementary airflow
• Cooling tight spaces near graphics cards, memory modules, or storage bays
• Replacement of damaged or noisy similar-dimension fans
• Custom builds where a compact, low-profile fan is needed

Key specifications

• Type: axial case fan designed for internal chassis ventilation
• Dimensions: 136 mm (width) × 74 mm (depth) × 37 mm (height)
• Colour: black finish suitable for discreet integration
• Weight: approximately 0.12 kg, suitable for lightweight mounting

How to use

Install the fan into an appropriate mounting location inside the computer case, aligning the airflow direction with the system's cooling strategy (intake or exhaust). Secure the fan using compatible screws or mounting hardware, connect the power cable to the appropriate fan header on the motherboard or to a fan controller, and verify proper operation at system startup. Monitor system temperatures after installation to ensure the fan contributes effectively to overall airflow and adjust speed settings if supported by the motherboard or controller.

Recommendations

Position the fan to support the primary airflow path within the chassis and avoid obstructing blades with cables or drive trays. For best results, combine with other case fans to establish a balanced intake-exhaust configuration and consult the system board documentation for correct power connections and speed control options.
