Huishoudfilter Melitta Aroma-filterzakjes 1x4

Melitta Aroma-Filtertüten 1x4 paper filters in brown are single-use cone filters designed for drip coffee makers that accept size 1x4. They provide even water flow and consistent extraction for balanced taste and aroma, while their natural brown color indicates minimally processed paper to preserve coffee oils. The filters are made from high-quality filter paper and are compatible with a wide range of household filter holders and automatic drip machines that use 1x4 filters.

Advantages

The Melitta Aroma-Filtertüten 1x4 combine reliable filtration with good permeability to deliver a clear cup of coffee with reduced fine sediment. Their shape and fold design ensure stable placement in filter holders and even distribution of ground coffee, which helps extract flavor uniformly. Using brown, unbleached paper supports preservation of natural oils and offers an environmentally conscious choice compared with bleached alternatives.

Suitable for

• Household drip coffee makers that accept 1x4 cone filters
• Manual pour-over cones sized for 1x4 paper filters
• Preparing single or double servings of brewed coffee

Key specifications

• Filter size: 1x4 cone
• Color: brown (unbleached)
• Material: high-quality filter paper
• Intended use: single-use disposable coffee filter
• Filtration type: paper filtration for fine particle retention

How to use

Place a Melitta Aroma-Filtertüten 1x4 filter into the appropriate cone or filter holder, ensuring it fits snugly without collapsing. Add ground coffee according to your preferred dose, typically adjusted for strength and cup size. Pour hot water evenly over the grounds in a controlled manner if using manual pour-over, or start the machine cycle in an automatic drip brewer. After brewing, discard the used paper filter and grounds; the filter facilitates quick cleanup and reduces transfer of fines into the cup.

Recommendations

For best extraction, use freshly ground coffee and water heated to about 90–96°C. Rinse the filter briefly with hot water before adding coffee to remove any papery taste and preheat the cone. Store filters in a dry place away from strong odours to maintain neutral flavour during brewing.
