Openingsgereedschap CoreParts MOBX-TOOLS-045 voor mobiele telefoons Apple

The CoreParts MOBX-TOOLS-045 opening tool is designed for safe, precise disassembly of Apple mobile phones. It assists technicians and experienced DIY users in separating bezels, screens and housings without applying excessive force or causing visible marks. The tool's shape and working edge are tailored for the narrow seams and delicate components commonly found in smartphones from Apple.

Advantages

The tool offers a thin, rigid profile that provides controlled leverage while minimizing the risk of bending or breaking fragile parts. Its material composition reduces scratching and static transfer during handling, and the compact form factor improves access to tight gaps. The design enables repeatable, reliable opening actions suitable for routine repair tasks.

Suitable for

• Removing screens and back covers on Apple iPhone models
• Separating bezels and frames during component replacement
• Accessing internal modules for battery, camera or speaker repair
• General smartphone repair and refurbishment work on Apple devices

Key specifications

• Form factor: slim wedge tool with tapered edge for insertion into narrow seams
• Material properties: non-marring, low-conductivity compound suitable for delicate surfaces
• Dimensions: compact length and narrow thickness to access tight joints and clips
• Weight: lightweight for controlled manual handling during fine operations

How to use

Power off the device and, if applicable, remove any external screws or covers according to the specific Apple model procedure. Gently insert the tapered edge of the opening tool into the seam between the frame and the panel at a shallow angle, applying controlled pressure to create a small gap. Slide the tool along the seam to progressively release clips or adhesive, taking care near flex cables and connectors. If adhesive resistance is high, use gradual, repeated movements rather than forceful prying to avoid damage.

Recommendations

Use in combination with appropriate screwdrivers, suction cups and plastic picks for a complete repair workflow. Store the tool in a protective pouch when not in use to preserve the edge and avoid contaminating device surfaces. For models with strong adhesive, warm the adhesive area slightly with a controlled heat source before inserting the tool to reduce the risk of component damage.
