Imaging Kit Lexmark C54x X54x zwart (30K pagina's) vervanging voor Lexmark printers

Black imaging kit for Lexmark C54x and X54x series printers, designed to restore and maintain consistent monochrome output. The kit includes a photoconductor unit and a black photodeveloper unit, engineered to deliver up to 30,000 pages under standardized test conditions (average job size of 3 pages and ~5% coverage). Packaged for maintenance replacement, this imaging kit supports the printer’s imaging and media handling subsystems to recover sharp black text and uniform solids for business documents. Origin: China. Package weight: 3.97 kg.

Advantages

The imaging kit provides a high-yield solution that reduces downtime and frequency of service interventions by delivering extended life compared with standard components. Lexmark-designed components ensure compatibility with the C54x and X54x series for predictable print quality and consistent black density. The kit’s components are intended to work together to minimize image defects and maintain stable page-to-page results.

How to use

Follow the printer manufacturer’s service instructions for safe replacement of the photoconductor and photodeveloper units. Power off the printer or use the designated service mode before accessing the imaging area. Remove the spent imaging components according to the service manual, install the new photoconductor and black photodeveloper unit in their correct positions, and secure any latches or covers. After installation, run the printer’s diagnostic or calibration routine if available to ensure correct alignment and density settings.

Recommendations

Store unused units in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and handle with care to avoid touching the photoconductor surface. For consistent long-term results, schedule replacement when print quality begins to degrade and follow Lexmark’s recycling program for used supplies.
