The WHIRLPOOL WSIO 3T223 PCE X is a built-in slimline dishwasher (45 cm) designed for kitchens with limited space. It accommodates up to 10 place settings and operates at a noise level of 43 dB. The appliance offers seven wash programs, including Glass/Delicate, Auto 50–60°C, Eco 50°C, Intensive and Quick. It is rated Energy class E, consumes approximately 9 litres of water per cycle and has an energy consumption of 76 kWh per 100 cycles. The model includes a delayed start timer but does not feature a dedicated half-load option or a floor indicator light.

Advantages

The slimline 45 cm construction allows integration into narrower kitchen units while maintaining a standard interior layout for 10 place settings. A low noise level of 43 dB supports quieter operation during household activity. Multiple wash programs provide flexibility for different types of load and soil levels, and the Eco 50°C program helps reduce energy use across regular cycles. The delayed start function enables scheduling of cycles to suit household routines or off-peak energy periods.

Suitable for

• Small to medium households requiring a built-in slim dishwasher
• Kitchens with limited cabinet width (45 cm slimline installations)
• Users who need a quieter dishwasher for open-plan living spaces
• Daily dishwashing where 10 place settings are sufficient

How to use

Load dishes according to size and soil level, placing glasses on the upper rack and heavier items on the lower rack. Select the appropriate program for the load — use Glass/Delicate for fragile items, Auto 50–60°C for mixed soil levels, Eco 50°C for energy-conscious cycles, Intensive for heavily soiled cookware, and Quick for lightly soiled loads that need faster turnaround. Add dishwasher detergent according to manufacturer instructions and check salt and rinse aid levels if the appliance supports them. Use the delayed start timer to set a later cycle start time when required.

Recommendations

For optimal results, pre-rinse only heavily soiled items and avoid overloading the racks to ensure proper water circulation. Choose the Eco program for everyday loads to balance energy and water consumption, and use Intensive for pots and pans. Regularly inspect spray arms and filters and clean them when necessary to maintain performance and low noise operation.
