Inbus-dopsleutelset Hazet 986K-SR/5, 5-delig, maten 5–10 mm

Hazet 986K-SR/5 is a compact set of five hexagon socket wrenches in metric sizes 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 mm. The tools are shaped to provide an accurate fit on hex fasteners and to ensure secure torque transfer during assembly, maintenance and repair operations. Housed in an organized holder, the set is suitable for both professional workshops and mobile toolkits where reliable metric hex sockets are required.

Advantages

The hexagon sockets are manufactured to precise dimensional tolerances for consistent engagement with fasteners, reducing rounding and slippage. The robust material and surface finish increase durability under repeated use, while the compact holder keeps sockets arranged for quick selection and safe storage. The set covers frequently used metric sizes, allowing efficient work on machinery, vehicles and equipment that use hex fasteners.

Suitable for

• Assembly and disassembly of machinery and components with metric hex fasteners
• Automotive maintenance and repairs
• Electrical and mechanical service work in workshops or on-site
• Hobbyist and home maintenance tasks requiring precise hex sockets
• Mobile toolkits for technicians and field service engineers

Key specifications

• Set contents: five hexagon socket wrenches
• Socket sizes: 5 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm
• Drive type: hexagon (internal) sockets for hex fasteners
• Storage: compact organizer/holder for tidy transport and access
• Intended use: professional and DIY maintenance, assembly and repair

How to use

Select the socket matching the hex fastener size, place the socket onto a compatible handle or ratchet drive, and engage it fully on the fastener head. Apply steady torque while keeping the tool aligned with the fastener axis to avoid rounding. For disassembly, apply controlled counter-torque and remove the fastener once loosened. After use, return each socket to its place in the holder to maintain organization and protect the tools from damage.

Recommendations

Inspect sockets before use for wear or damage, and use with an appropriate handle or torque-limited tool when specified. Store the set in a dry place to prevent corrosion and keep the organizer closed during transport. Avoid using sockets on damaged or excessively rounded fasteners to prevent further damage.
