Inca ICAT7-10AG netwerkkabel grijs 10 m Cat7 S/FTP

The Inca ICAT7-10AG networking cable is a 10 m Cat7 S/FTP cable designed for high-speed wired networks. It supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10000 Mbit/s) and uses RJ-45 straight male connectors with gold plating to ensure reliable contact and reduced signal loss. The grey jacket makes the cable suitable for office and home installations where a neutral appearance is required.

Advantages

This Cat7 S/FTP cable provides enhanced shielding for each pair and an overall screen to minimise electromagnetic interference. With support for 10GBase-T and Plug and Play installation, the cable delivers stable high-speed data transfer without additional configuration. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve durability and contact quality, while the 10 m length offers flexibility for connecting devices across rooms or between network equipment.

Suitable for

• High-speed LAN connections (10 Gigabit Ethernet)
• Connecting routers, switches, NAS and PCs
• Office and home network cabling
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference

Key specifications

• Cable length: 10 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 straight male — both ends
• Cabling: Cat7 S/FTP (S-STP)
• Standard: 10GBase-T
• Maximum throughput: 10000 Mbit/s
• Colour: Grey
• Plug and Play: Yes

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (router, switch, NAS, or PC) and the other end to the corresponding port on the second device. The cable is Plug and Play; the connected devices should recognise the link automatically. For best performance, avoid sharp bends and keep the cable separated from power lines and sources of strong electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

For optimal signal integrity, ensure connectors are fully inserted and avoid kinking the cable. In installations near heavy electrical equipment, route the cable away from power cables or use additional conduit to reduce interference. If permanent in-wall installation is required, verify local building and fire-safety codes and consider using a specially rated in-wall cable.
