The Amica PI3520U induction hob offers three cooking zones and seven power levels designed for precise temperature control and efficient energy use. Its smooth ceramic surface and minimalist design integrate into a variety of kitchen styles, while induction heating provides rapid response to adjustments and reduced heat loss compared with conventional electric hobs. Built-in safety functions such as automatic shut-off and child lock contribute to safer daily operation.

Advantages

This induction hob delivers fast, even heating and accurate power regulation across seven levels, enabling fine control for simmering, boiling and frying. The three-zone layout supports multitasking on a compact footprint, making it suitable for smaller countertops or built-in installations. Induction technology concentrates heat in compatible cookware, improving energy efficiency and keeping the cooking surface relatively cool. Integrated safety features reduce the risk of accidental operation and help prevent overheating.

Suitable for

• Everyday home cooking where quick heat response is required
• Small to medium-sized kitchens with built-in hob installations
• Users who prefer precise power control for delicate dishes
• Households seeking safer cooktops with child lock and automatic shut-off

Key specifications

• Cooking zones: 3 induction zones
• Power control: 7 adjustable power levels
• Control type: Touch controls on smooth glass-ceramic surface
• Surface material: Ceramic glass designed for induction use
• Installation: Built-in hob format suitable for standard cutouts
• Safety features: Automatic shut-off and child lock function

How to use

Place compatible induction cookware on the selected cooking zone and use the touch controls to select one of the seven power levels. Start with lower settings for gentle heating and increase power for boiling or frying as needed. The hob detects cookware and will only activate when suitable pans are present. After cooking, switch the zone off via the control panel and allow the surface to cool; residual heat indicators, if present, will show until the surface is safe to touch.

Recommendations

Use flat-bottomed, induction-compatible pots and pans to ensure efficient heat transfer. Clean the ceramic surface with a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaner after it has cooled. Avoid sliding heavy cookware across the surface to prevent scratches. For safety, engage the child lock when the hob is not in active use and follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions to ensure proper ventilation and electrical connection.
