Inktpatroon Canon PGI-2500 BK/C/M/Y 4-pack pigment

The Canon PGI-2500 BK/C/M/Y 4-pack Pigment-based set contains four original Canon pigment ink cartridges in black, cyan, magenta and yellow designed for use with Canon MAXIFY printers. These pigment-based inks are formulated to deliver sharp text, accurate colour reproduction and stable results on plain paper, making the multipack suitable for routine office printing and professional documents. The multipack provides a convenient supply replacement in a single purchase and is intended to maintain consistent print quality and reliable feed performance across print jobs.

Advantages

The pigment formulation produces crisp, well-defined text and resists smudging on plain paper, while the original Canon cartridges are engineered to match printer mechanics for reliable installation and consistent output. Having four cartridges in one pack simplifies inventory management and reduces downtime associated with individual cartridge changes. The inks provide stable colour density for business documents, diagrams and charts where legibility and colour separation are important.

Suitable for

• Printing business letters, invoices and reports
• Producing monochrome and colour documents on plain paper
• Creating charts, tables and diagrams that require clear, sharp lines
• Office environments and home offices using Canon MAXIFY printers

How to use

Unpack the cartridges and follow the printer manufacturer's instructions for replacing ink cartridges. Remove the empty cartridges and insert each new cartridge until it clicks into place, matching the colour labels. Close the cartridge access and allow the printer to initialise; run any recommended alignment or nozzle check procedures to verify installation and print quality before running large print jobs.

Recommendations

Store unopened cartridges in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use cartridges within the recommended shelf life and install promptly after opening to minimise the risk of drying. For best results on important documents, perform a nozzle check and, if necessary, a head cleaning using printer utilities to ensure consistent text sharpness and colour balance.
