InLine 19 inch legbord, 550 mm, 50 kg, 1U, RAL 7035 grijs

InLine 19114H is a 19-inch rack shelf with 1U height, 550 mm depth and a load capacity of 50 kg. Made from powder-coated SPCC (cold-rolled commercial steel), the shelf is designed to provide a stable, space-saving platform for mounting servers and network equipment in standard rack enclosures. Screw sets for mounting on front and rear profile rails are included.

Advantages

The powder-coated SPCC steel construction offers corrosion resistance and a durable surface finish for long-term use. Its compact 1U height minimises rack space consumption while the 550 mm depth accommodates a variety of devices. A 50 kg load capacity supports heavier equipment, and the included screw set simplifies installation into front and rear profile rails.

How to use

Install the shelf into a compatible 19-inch rack by aligning the shelf brackets with the front and rear profile rails. Secure the shelf using the supplied screws to ensure a stable fit. Place equipment centrally on the shelf to maintain balance and avoid exceeding the 50 kg maximum load. Periodically check mounting screws and shelf condition to ensure continued stability.

Recommendations

For safe operation, distribute weight evenly, avoid overloading above 50 kg, and ensure the rack is properly grounded where required. Use in racks that support 1U accessories and verify device depth does not exceed 550 mm before installation.
