The InLine Audio cable 2x RCA male / 3.5mm Stereo male (model 89936W) is a 2.5 m white audio lead for transmitting analog stereo audio signals between devices such as a PC, laptop, smartphone or portable player and a stereo system, amplifier or active speakers. The cable has gold-plated contacts and is constructed with 28 AWG conductors to ensure reliable signal transfer and mechanical durability.

How to use

Insert the 3.5 mm stereo male plug into the headphone or line output of your source device. Plug the two RCA male connectors into the left (white) and right (red) input jacks of the amplifier, receiver or active speakers. Ensure both devices are powered appropriately and set the input selector on the amplifier to the corresponding RCA input. Adjust volume levels on both source and destination to avoid sudden loud output.

Recommendations

For best results, keep the cable away from power cords and high-interference sources. If you experience hum or noise, check connector seating and try an alternative input on the audio device. The gold-plated contacts help prevent oxidation; nevertheless, occasional inspection and cleaning can maintain optimal contact quality.
