InLine Cat.6-adapter, volledig afgeschermd metaal, 2x RJ45-bus/bus, direct

The InLine Cat.6 Adapter fully shielded metal 2x RJ45 female to female direct is a metal splice module designed to join two LAN network cables with RJ45 connectors. It supports Cat.6 standards and provides a fully shielded connection to maintain signal integrity when extending or repairing Ethernet patch cables.

Advantages

The fully shielded metal housing reduces electromagnetic interference and improves EMC performance. Two RJ45 female ports allow a direct connection between Ethernet cables without tools. Support for Cat.6 ensures compatibility with high-speed Gigabit networks, and the compact silver design offers durable, professional-grade construction.

Suitable for

• Extending Ethernet patch cables in office or data center environments
• Temporarily joining two LAN cables during network changes or maintenance
• Repairing damaged cable runs where replacing the full cable is impractical

Ensure connectors are fully seated and avoid excessive bending at the junction. After connection, verify network link and speed on the connected devices to confirm proper operation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the adapter with Cat.6-compliant cables and avoid placing the adapter in areas with strong mechanical stress or moisture. For permanent installations, consider using a single continuous cable or professionally terminated keystone solutions to maintain long-term reliability.
