InLine crossover-pc-naar-pc-directverbindingskabel S/FTP Cat.6 zwart 0,5 m

The InLine Crossover Cable 73655X is a Cat6 crossover patch cord with RJ-45 connectors designed for direct PC-to-PC connection without a switch. At 0.5 m length and S/FTP shielding, it supports high-speed Ethernet signals while reducing electromagnetic interference. The black cable provides a compact, reliable link for short-distance networking tasks.

Advantages

This Cat6 crossover cable enables direct LAN connection between two computers using RJ-45 terminations and follows the Cat6 standard for improved bandwidth compared with lower categories. S/FTP shielding helps minimise crosstalk and external interference. Its short 0.5 m length reduces cable clutter and is suitable where only a compact connection is required.

Suitable for

• Direct PC-to-PC file transfer and networking
• Temporary or permanent short-distance connections between two devices
• Test setups and lab environments requiring quick direct links
• Situations where no network switch is available or desired

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of the first computer and the other connector into the Ethernet port of the second computer. Configure network settings on both machines as required (for example, set static IP addresses on the same subnet or enable appropriate sharing settings) to establish a direct LAN link. No switch or hub is necessary when using this crossover cable.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short, direct connections only; avoid stretching or bending the cable sharply. For longer distances or when connecting devices through switches or routers, use a straight-through Cat6 patch cable instead.
