InLine DisplayPort-actiefkabel, zwart, vergulde contacten, 15 m

The InLine DisplayPort active cable with gold-plated contacts and a length of 15 m is designed for transmitting video and audio signals reliably over long distances. It connects DisplayPort-equipped devices such as monitors, projectors and computers while maintaining signal integrity for high resolutions and refresh rates. The black cable offers durable contact performance thanks to its gold plating and active electronics that compensate for transmission losses across extended runs.

Advantages

The active construction ensures stable signal transmission over 15 m, reducing the risk of image distortion or dropouts. Gold-plated contacts improve conductivity and corrosion resistance. Bidirectional DisplayPort connectors on both ends provide universal compatibility with DisplayPort ports on monitors, graphics cards and projectors. The cable’s 15 m length enables flexible placement of displays in conference rooms, monitoring centres and workstations.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs and notebooks to external DisplayPort monitors
• Projectors and presentation systems in conference rooms
• Monitoring stations and control rooms requiring long cable runs
• Home or professional setups where a 15 m DisplayPort connection is needed

How to use

Connect one DisplayPort connector to the source device (computer or notebook) and the other connector to the DisplayPort input of the monitor or projector. Ensure both devices are powered on; the active cable will amplify and condition the signal automatically. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for optimal performance.

Recommendations

For best results, confirm that both source and display support the desired resolution and refresh rate. Avoid coiling the cable tightly and keep it away from large power cables to reduce potential interference.
