How to use

Plug the HDMI male connector into the HDMI input of the display device and the DVI male connector into the DVI output of the source device. Ensure both devices are powered off or set to standby while connecting to avoid hot-plug detection issues. After connections are made, power on the devices and select the appropriate input on the display. Adjust the source device's output resolution if necessary to match the display's supported resolutions.

Recommendations

For best results, use the cable for digital video only; DVI does not carry audio, so a separate audio connection is required if sound is needed. Keep cable runs within the specified length to maintain signal integrity and avoid sharp bends or pinching that could damage the conductors.
