InLine RCA metalen stekker, male, om te solderen, zilver, rode ring, voor 6-mm-kabel

The InLine RCA metal male plug for soldering (model 99110O) is a connector designed for assembling or repairing audio cables. It has a silver finish with a red ring and is intended for use with cables of approximately 6 mm diameter. Gold-plated contact surfaces provide good conductivity for audio signals. The connector is supplied in a polybag and is intended for soldered cable terminations.

Advantages

This RCA male plug offers a metal housing for mechanical durability, a coloured ring for easy channel identification, and gold-plated contacts to reduce contact resistance. The design is suitable for soldering, enabling a permanent and reliable electrical connection when assembled correctly.

Suitable for

• Repairing damaged RCA audio leads
• Building custom audio cables for home or studio equipment
• Replacing connectors on consumer AV devices and amplifiers

Key specifications

• Model: InLine 99110O
• Connector type: RCA male plug (for soldering)
• Cable diameter: approx. 6 mm
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Housing finish: silver metal with red identification ring
• Packaging: polybag

How to use

Prepare the cable by stripping the outer jacket and insulating layers to expose the central conductor and the return (shield). Tin the exposed conductor and shield with solder. Insert the prepared cable into the plug body so that the centre conductor reaches the central pin and the shield contacts the sleeve. Solder the centre conductor to the pin and the shield to the sleeve, then assemble the housing according to the plug design. Verify solder joints and insulation before use.

Recommendations

Use appropriate soldering tools and safety precautions. Ensure the cable diameter matches the approximately 6 mm specification and that the solder connections are clean to avoid signal loss or short circuits.
