InLine rubberen strip voor trillingsontkoppeling van harde schijven 8 st. InLine 00244A

Fixing rails made of silicone for vibration decoupling between a hard disk (HDD) or other drive and the mounting screws to reduce oscillation and noise. The set contains eight blue rubber rails with a thickness of 2 mm; the inner aperture measures 2 mm and the outer aperture 10 mm.

Advantages

Made from silicone material, these rails provide reliable shock absorption and help stabilise hard disks to minimise vibration transfer and acoustic noise. The compact 2 mm thickness fits standard drive mounting gaps, and the pack of eight pieces is sufficient for multiple installations or for securing several drives. The blue colour identifies the parts easily during assembly.

Suitable for

• Vibration decoupling of 3.5" and 2.5" hard disks and other drives
• Reducing noise and resonance in PC cases and server racks
• Mounting drives where screw-to-drive isolation is required

How to use

Place a rubber rail on each drive mounting screw or position the rail between the drive mounting hole and the screw head so that the screw passes through the inner aperture. Tighten the screw until the drive is securely held while avoiding excessive torque that would compress the silicone excessively. Ensure the rails are aligned with the screw holes and distributed evenly to provide consistent vibration isolation across the drive.

Recommendations

For best results, use one rail per mounting point and check screw tightness after initial operation. Replace rails if they become deformed or cracked. Not intended as an electrical insulator; avoid contact with sharp edges that could cut the silicone.
