InLine SATA 6Gb/s ronde kabel, eenzijdig haaks 90°, met vergrendeling, 0,5 m

The InLine SATA 27705R is a 0.5 m round SATA cable in blue with a right-angled 90° connector on one end and latches for secure mating. It supports SATA data transfer rates up to 6 Gb/s and is intended for internal PC connections or external storage enclosures where space is limited.

Advantages

The right-angled 90° connector facilitates installation in tight spaces and behind drives, while the round cable design improves routing flexibility. Built-in latches ensure a stable, secure connection that reduces the risk of accidental disconnection. The 0.5 m length is suitable for short internal connections and keeps cable clutter to a minimum.

Suitable for

• Connecting internal SATA drives (HDD/SSD) to motherboard or controller
• Use inside compact PC cases or rack-mounted servers with limited clearance
• Connections in external storage enclosures requiring short cable runs

Key specifications

• Length: 0.5 m
• Data rate: up to 6 Gb/s (SATA III)
• Connector: one end right-angled 90°
• Locking mechanism: latches on connector
• Colour: blue

How to use

Align the straight SATA connector with the motherboard or host controller socket and insert until the latch clicks into place. Route the right-angled end toward the drive bay and insert it into the drive's SATA port until the latch engages. Ensure connectors are oriented correctly to avoid damage to pins or connectors. Power down the system before connecting or disconnecting drives.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, avoid sharp bends near the connectors and maintain a minimum bend radius to prevent cable damage. Use the 0.5 m length for short internal runs; choose a longer cable if components are farther apart. Inspect latches periodically and replace the cable if connectors show signs of wear or deformation.
