InLine telefoonkabel 4-aderig massief installatie 2x2x06mm afgeschermd 25 m

InLine Telephone Cable 4 wire solid installation 69980C is a 4-wire (2 paired) solid telephone installation cable supplied in a 25 m length. The conductors use CCA (copper-clad aluminum) material and the cable features an overall aluminium foil shield with a drain wire and a 0.5 mm PVC outer jacket in beige, providing a cost-effective option for fixed telephone wiring while reducing electromagnetic interference.

Advantages

The cable’s CCA conductors provide a lower-cost alternative to pure copper while maintaining conductivity suitable for telephone lines. The overall foil shielding with a drain wire reduces external EMI and crosstalk. Solid 4-wire construction is stable for fixed installation runs and the beige PVC jacket offers mechanical protection and easy routing in residential or commercial environments.

Suitable for

• Fixed in-wall or conduit telephone wiring
• Telephone extensions and internal building telephony
• Environments requiring basic EMI protection for voice lines

How to use

Route the cable through walls, ducts or conduits to the desired termination points. Use appropriate pulling techniques to avoid excessive tension; do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended bend radius. Strip the outer jacket and individual conductors as needed, observing the drilled pair identification for correct pairing. Terminate onto compatible telephone connectors or terminal blocks, ensuring the drain wire is connected to ground when required for proper shielding.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines over long distances and connect the drain wire to ground at one point to maintain the effectiveness of the foil shielding. Use this cable for voice/telephone applications rather than high-speed data networking where solid copper conductors are recommended.
