Insteekhoezen Herlitz 11420254 A4 polypropyleen 20 stuks

The Herlitz 11420254 A4 Sheet Protector pack contains 20 polypropylene sleeves designed to hold and protect standard A4 documents. Each sleeve is durable, transparent with assorted colored borders, and compatible with ring binders that accept punched-edge protectors. These sheet protectors help keep papers clean, crease-free and presentable while allowing easy viewing and handling of invoices, reports, certificates and printed pages.

Advantages

Made from polypropylene material, the sleeves resist tearing and moisture better than standard paper covers while remaining lightweight. The assorted colored edges provide quick visual categorization without obscuring document content. Each protector is sized for A4 pages and has reinforced punched holes to fit most standard binders, offering a balance of document visibility and protection for everyday office, school or home use.

Suitable for

• Organizing reports, invoices and receipts in ring binders
• Protecting certificates, menus and printed materials from wear and stains
• Storing school assignments and reference sheets
• Presenting documents in meetings or portfolios

Key specifications

• Format: A4 (suitable for standard A4 paper)
• Material: polypropylene (transparent protective film)
• Quantity: 20 pieces per pack
• Edge style: assorted colored borders for visual organization
• Compatibility: punched for use in standard ring binders

How to use

Insert an A4 document into the open side of a sheet protector so the printed side faces the transparent film. Align the punched holes with the rings of your binder and close the rings to secure the protector in place. For best results, avoid overfilling a single sleeve and ensure documents are flat before insertion to prevent creases or bulging inside the protector.

Recommendations

Store the pack flat in a cool, dry place before use. For long-term storage of important documents, place papers inside protectors before inserting into a binder and keep binders upright to reduce pressure on the sleeves. Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth; avoid solvents that may damage the polypropylene film.
