The drive offers an increased workload rating (up to 180 TB/year) compared with desktop drives, supports multiple camera streams (up to 64 single-stream HD cameras for capacities 6 TB and above), and has an MTBF of up to 1 million hours. Additional features include improved power efficiency in recent models, tarnish-resistant components, and broad compatibility with a wide range of DVR/NVR enclosures and chipsets.

Suitable for

• NVR and DVR surveillance systems operating 24/7
• Multi-camera installations requiring support for many simultaneous streams
• Security systems where reliable, long-term video retention is needed
