IP-beveiligingscamera Hikvision Pro Series DS-2CD2046G2H-IU(2.8mm)(eF)/zwart

The Hikvision Pro Series DS-2CD2046G2H-IU(2.8mm)(eF)/BLACK is an outdoor IP security camera delivering 2688 x 1520 resolution and a wide 100.2° horizontal field of view. Designed for ceiling or wall mounting in outdoor environments, this black bullet camera uses a CMOS sensor to provide clear images and supports wired Ethernet connectivity. With a 360° rotation capability and a detection range up to 63 meters, it is suitable for comprehensive perimeter and site surveillance. The camera integrates AcuSense deep-learning algorithms for improved classification of human and vehicle targets.

Advantages

The camera combines high-resolution imaging with a wide viewing angle and long detection distance, enabling broad area coverage with fewer devices. AcuSense technology reduces false alarms by distinguishing humans and vehicles from other motion sources. Wired Ethernet ensures reliable network connectivity and consistent frame rates up to 30 fps. Its weather-suitable design and flexible ceiling or wall mounting support outdoor installation scenarios.

Suitable for

• Perimeter monitoring of commercial or industrial sites
• Parking lots and vehicle access control
• Entrance and walkway surveillance
• Outdoor public areas requiring long-range detection

How to use

Mount the camera on a suitable ceiling or wall surface using appropriate fasteners and weatherproofing. Connect the device to a wired Ethernet network for power and data (PoE if supported by infrastructure) and configure the camera using Hikvision management software or a compatible NVR. Adjust the 2.8 mm lens orientation and use the camera's rotation capability to set the desired coverage area. Enable AcuSense human/vehicle classification and set alarm zones and sensitivity to match the monitored environment.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term outdoor performance, install the camera under an overhang where possible, aim the field of view to cover access points and vehicle lanes, and regularly verify firmware updates and configuration settings. Calibrate AcuSense detection zones to reduce false positives from vegetation or small animals.
